This month we are excited to announce Watch Hill Definitive Batch 05! Our fifth release is a 3 barrel blend that is high in rye with a toasty finish! Aged for 6 years, this very small batch clocks in at 121 proof. As always, you are welcome to select the featured wine instead. This month we have direct access to to Cornerstone Cellars' cellar and are excited to offer an absolutely amazing cabernet from the 2017 vintage!
